Cusco is a charming and fascinating city, located in what was once the capital of the Inca Empire. The name “Cusco” means “navel of the world”. The architecture in town is an interesting blend of Incan, Spanish Colonial and Republican styles, and all of the houses here have lovely red ceramic tile roofs.
In the 2010 year we organized a “Chocolatada” for the children of Cusco.
Qorichaska hostel is a colonial style house located in an old historic downtown district of the city ofCusco, about 3 blocks from the “Plaza de Armas”, this Colonial house of Cusco building has a 300 years old and has authentic stone arches is also restored and perfectly preserved.
Cusco is a city in southeastern Peru, near the Urubamba Valley of the Andes mountain range. It is the capital of the Cusco Region as well as the Cuzco Province. In 2007, the city had a population of 358,935. Located on the eastern end of the Knot of Cuzco, its elevation is around 3,400 m (11,200 ft).
